Since PSA 5 the FrontPage extensions can be used for both secure and non-secure files.

RESOLUTION

Since Plesk 7 for Windows does not use httpsdocs directory you should
upload your files to httpdocs and they will be accessible by both HTTP and
HTTPS protocols.
Since Plesk 7.5 directory ‘httpsdocs’ is used only for ‘Shared SSL’ feature.
